What we collect and when
We collect personal data when you contact us or ask us for something:
- Through our contact form: your name, mobile number, email address, company, city, the type of client you are, what you would like to do and your message.
- When you request samples or a bespoke colour by email: your name, email address, delivery address and the details of your request.
- When you make an appointment: your contact details and the location you would like to visit.
- When you subscribe to our newsletter: your email address.
- When you visit this website: technical data such as your IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider processes so that the site can be delivered.
Why we use your data
We use your data to answer your question, to make appointments, to make and send samples and to give advice on your project. When you ask us to, we introduce you to an installer, and we pass on your contact details for that purpose only. We also use data to run and secure our website, and to meet our legal obligations.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address to send it. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
We are always looking to improve our service. We may therefore ask you whether you would like to take part in customer or market research. Taking part is always optional.
Who receives your data
Only people who need your data for their work have access to it. We share data with:
- Providers that help us run our services, such as the customer management system in which we record your request, and the provider that hosts this website.
- Installers and other partners, only when you ask us to introduce you to them or when it is needed to carry out your request.
- Carriers that deliver your samples.
- The provider we use to send our newsletter.
